Dascola Foods was founded in 2021 by Jesse Dascola. She started the business in her families home kitchen with one item, pasta! Her goal was to create unique and delicious specialty foods that would delight customers, and show them the true taste of fresh handmade pasta!
At Dascola Foods, we are passionate about food. We believe that food is more than just sustenance - but a way to experience joy and pleasure. Since a young age Jesse has always been in the kitchen, finding it her true calling in her teenage years. She went to culinary school and has spent over 10 years in the culinary industry.
